Quick concerns on the application itself: Some spelling, but I'm not 100% on it all the time, which I think you touched up on in your final "answer" as well anyways. I'll assume you read and understood them, but please confirm that you have. Main one though, the application asks you to post your talent build, which you did not do.

As for your talent build, 3/3 Focused Aim when you're at 279 rating (8+%) is a waste of talents. Currently I'd recommend removing those three and go 1/2 Go for the Throat and 2/2 Rapid Recuperation.

Your gemming is a bit concerning as well, you haven't gemmed all Armor Penetration or Agility, it's a mix of the two. Especially when you only got up to 46% Armor Penetration through this. I'm not sure how your trinket situation is going/went, but I would probably drop Battlemaster's Rage for Needle-Encrusted Scorpion from Heroic Forge of Souls.
