During non-summer times, I work as a Sergeant in the USMC and am able to raid pretty much any time past 4, but during the summer, any time..

List previous guilds and why you quit your last guild
IRON: I got put in charge of Zombies, and they failed really really hard. They didn't even try.
Zephyros (Alliance): I was made to go Boomkin and it was just a spec I didn't enjoy playing.
Auphan: Same as Zephyros.
Synthesis: This was my guild a couple of months ago. Fell apart because people didn't show up to raid.

Do you have prior raiding experience? (include pre-BC raiding experience)
I started raiding right at the end of Vanilla WoW, and as such, was only able to kill up to Garr in MC and Ony. In BC, I cleared all T4/5 content and all of Hyjal Pre-Nerf. I also cleared to Gurtogg pre-nerf and M'uru pre. In WotLK, I've always been on the cutting edge of raiding, except in Ulduar, where I made my shaman my main and cleared all but Yogg. In ToC, I made my druid my main again and cleared 5/5 ToC 10/25 and all of ToGC 10. I've also cleared 4/5 ToGC 25. In ICC, I've cleared 11/12 ICC 10 HM's and 6/12 25 man HM's.


What is your favorite boss fight in the game and why? Please be specific and thoughtful in your answer.
My favorite boss fight has to be Valithria Dreamwalker if I'm healing. I just really enjoy the thought of healing a target to full and having the healing be a race against time for the healers instead of the DPS.

I use the cookie cutter 0/55/16 feral Kitty build, which allows for all of the highest DPS talents. For resto, I use the Celestial Focus spec, so that I am able to hit haste soft cap.

Are you able to use Ventrilo, Omen and Deadly Boss Mods/Big Wigs?
Of course. I consider those essential to raiding.


How did you hear about us, and why do you want to join us? (If there are any, please list people from the guild that referred you)
I met a member from your guild in an ICC 25 raid. Unforunately, his/her name eludes me right now, but I was told to whisper an officer. I did, and they told me to app to your guild.

Hi, my name is Alex Daniels. I'm a sergeant in the US Marine Corps. I'm currently on injured reserve, because I lost both of my legs in combat just outside of Kandahar, Afghanistan. I'm 29 years old.


Please give a brief outline of what you consider your job in a raid and how you could benefit the guild
My job in a raid is to pump out as much DPS as I possibly can while always being ready to battle rez, innervate and remove curses, as the situation arises.

Edit: Don't take the troll the wrong way, but I am trolling your elitist comment because that raid did better when someone else lead it (aka Tredvolt, Apsod, Sabbie, and Ripnfly (though Rip had different people)).

You have Kingslayer, and obviously did well enough to get the title. How will you be with a more casual guild? Can you take a step back and be ok with that?
