You have to register separately for the DKP portion of the site, and fill out your information, if I recall correctly.

Ok it should allow you now, it apparently requires you to put the required classes and not just 25 empty spots.

I think what she is trying to say is that if you wanna get into the raid you have to make sure you are online during raid time, but if you feel like doing arena 5 mins before raid time and showing up 10 mins late its all cool... because you know clearly you are the only person in the world... AMIRITE?!?!?!
